1. About the service

bestplace.lk is a directory of villas, rooms and small stays in Sri Lanka. We do not take bookings, take payments or act as an agent for owners. All arrangements are between the traveller and the owner.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break authentication, no spam.

3. Listing your property

• You confirm you have the right to list the property and that all information is accurate.
• Photos must be yours or you must have permission to publish them.
• We may edit, hide, or remove listings that break these Terms or receive reports.
• New listings are reviewed before publishing. Edits may go back to review.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or that reveal personal information about third parties.

5. Content ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By publishing it on bestplace.lk you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and in previews.

6. Termination

You can delete your account or listings at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee availability, accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any stay. Owners are solely responsible for their properties and dealings with guests.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
